Depot supply not work on any private servers, there someone known how to fixed the NX cash given to players on their DBs(but likely not gonna share)
You either don't see the server-list because your client-side's DBs couldn't have your localhost IP or something misconfigured there. Since you said client 1.65 work that could be the reason. Btw, this TW servers supported any clients version up to 1.69 EU. Beyond that is just incompatible.

You are not supposed to update your 1.69 client to latest.
Use these bats here...TW CLIENT
Just uninstall or delete your current 1.69 client.

Replace your vindictus.exe with the MHTW ones then you won't ask to update again. For Host files just use any you like. Those doesn't affect anything. I have my old hamachi servers on with nothing on my Host files still worked like a charm.
Yes, that SQL folder is your client database. You can modify it with navicat and do the same to your server-side database too.
