just make them a summary

to sum up, I can run a effective server in GCP

but there are some serious problems:

1. error of creating boat.
I have no idea to solve it. XD
181006.............solved

2. failure for windows server's or GCP's firewalls.
it takes time to try settings to protect the PC in GCP.

181006:
it may just create rules with following ports:
80
47611
27015
27003
27005
27006

here is some steps to set up

the detail pictures

Any suggestions or corrections are welcomed, thank you

maybe there is some mistakes in my thought, so just tell me, please.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
181006 to solve error of creating boat:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

ps.
if there is nothing in HeroesOpTool.exe, just use "Task Manager" to shut down "RCClientService.exe", "RCServerService.exe",

and check all the above steps again.

sometimes because the RCSConfig.xml not set good, or HeroesOpTool lost the control of heroesContents.db3 due to navicat 11

I followed your guide to setup my server on ESXi, just want to point out that people also need to change IPs as described in this thread. Especially server/zh-tw-x-gm/Bin/ServerCore.dll.config there is a lot of places to change IP even have to scroll right and change them in the bottom part.

Thanks again for your guide
