I uploaded a Taiwan version. It uses my uptodateinfo2.dat bypass trick to load the edited database.
Let me know if it works. I tested it on MHTW and it works for me.

For setting up playing with others use this:

Instead of your LAN, WAN or 127.0.0.1 IP, use your Hamachi IP.
But do not replace the 127.0.0.1 lines that connect to the database.
