its odd the NA and EU client 1.70 has missing UI options but the latest Korean/Japanese/China etc client files have all the UI options still working fine...

You meant you didn't see it on avatar shop or outfitter? Then maybe your GSL didn't work on Windows 10.

I don't think the injector will work on Windows 10.

I'll probably just wait until someone finally manages to figure it out.
