485114 means? On the official TW site I can only download 2015112501 to 2015122301 patcher. Or do I need to let our current MHTW client automatically update to 2015112501_485114? Sorry for a little confusion here.

You probably have your server online and it's redirecting your attempt to visit the website to localhost. Since you have nothing there it says not found

to be able to unpack and repack .hfs you have to fix
XorTruths.bin and ChecksumTruths.bin as both the xor table and checksum table are different
(2015 client we use)
Every nexon update they add a version + to the checksum that is why the tool never works after each update.

I believe 2016020301 is past the UI update, and doesn't work with the currently released server files. Not entirely sure what you're asking, but if you're looking for elaboration on Gvygvxvx's instructions, then no, he never said anything about downloading a recent client.
