@Patchouli, yes he didn't show up, oh cool. So I just need to replace mine heroescontents.db3 and heroes.db3.comp from yours? I'm using EU 1.65 heroes.db3 modified and im not sure yours will work haha.

Edit: Awesome with your heroescontents.db3 the Gvynn quest bug has been fixed but since I can't synced with EU 1.65 client heroes.db3 the beauty shop isn't free. Is there a way to transfer your NA client heroes.db3 to EU 1.65 and make it work? To set all those beauty shop items to free will take sometimes hehe.

You can try using my heroes.db3 as well.
Or simply copy the EU heroes.db3 item related tables over to heroescontents.db3

If you've modified your XMLs, you can use the original XML files with the Gvy fixed database.

Wish I could use your heroes.db3 for EU client 1.65 but it won't work. The client will prompt a sql\heroes.db3 error this is due to version of heroes.db3 incompatible. You think data transfer with navicat would do? Transfer your heroescontents.db3 to my EU modified original heroes.db3 :-) it will work right?
I haven't modified my XML. I'm still using the default ones that came with TW servers.

If so, that's an old database issue. Gvy fixed it a long time ago.

Man, i set customizeItemPrice to 0.
In feature matrix, i set BeautyShopNoCashMode = 1
TestServer = 1.
But in the beauty shop ingame, it still shows 4300 NX, cant buy any in beauty shop.
When i press Purchase , it opens websites to buy NX .

So confused.

I think to make Beauty shop FREE, u need to:
1. Use VZipFlip6 or whatever to convert 286FE9924483F382029EF68BA6C260B3C2563BF9.hfs to zip .
2. Extract heroes.db3.comp.
3. Edit Feature matrix or CustomizeItemPrices in heroes.db.comp using Navicat or whatever it works
4. Drag heroes.db3.comp to 286FE9924483F382029EF68BA6C260B3C2563BF9.zip and convert to .hfs again.

But re-converted hfs dont work, when u open client it will be errors. This is like modding nude mods i think.
Because heroesContent.db3 is server-side only, heroes.db3.comp is client-side, but it must be packaged in .hfs file.

No? Reconvert database to HFS works in EU and US clients.
You can also use my bin folder bypass, edit engine.dll and tell it to read the database in another location.

As far as I know, my database is not "incompatible" with EU version.
I used it with the 1.65 EU version. I am not using modified XML either.

1. Where is this bin folder ? And how to edit engine.dll ?

But i am success in setup server with 1.65 EU client from your tutorial thread.

What you meant same as modded nude mods, the mod is data folder and uses GSL. Have nothing to do with modified hfs.

I haven't did the data transfer with navicat. Not sure it will work with navicat 9. I can't see to select heroescontents.db3 as base. Maybe I will get latest version of navicat and give it a try.

Ah i see, this is about modified hfs. How to make it work after you edit heroes.db3 ?
Navicat > New Connection > SQLite for .db3 file

The basic method for the client to read modified hfs is delete UpToDate.dat and splash logo screen from media folder. Or you can use patchouli's method.

I got the error:
File system error 33

Still dont know why.
Already delete Update.dat and splash logo screen.

Try use you Gvy's new bin from patchouli's EU 1.65 guide.
That errors caused by different Bin and uptodate2.dat. I've tested with MHTW bin and got that errors.

Hehe lol. Are you using patchouli's heroes.db3 or your original EU 1.65 ones, if you are trying to use patchouli ones, you will get that errors and if you use original modified heroes.db3 it should work perfectly. You need to add 2 dummy txt files to that modified hfs too. You can use the dummy txt inside my EU 1.65 hfs https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0U...?usp=drive_web

I got it from Gvy hehe

I am using Vindictus World client now.
There is no Login failed dialog.
There is no error in NMServer.exe too.

I dont know how did they do it but omfg it is nice.

Will test your file later.

I've try to connect EU 1.65 client to their server but couldn't get the server's list. Can you check their IP for me? It should be in nmconew.ini and if you can upload their heroes.db3 would be cool.

Edit: I just got the latest navicat version and transferred patchouli's heroescontents.db3 to original EU 1.65 client heroes.db3 but got SQL\heroes.db3 error. It looks like can't transfer this way.

Same error when trying his heroes.db3 to original heroes.db3 haha.. I think it transferred the version incompatible thingy too.
