Solution: Use right bin and uptodateInfo2.dat

Fail to read compress buffer :sqlite\heroes.db, Request 3068356, Result 3038808
Solution: add some txt to your 286FE9924483F382029EF68BA6C260B3C2563BF9.zip and make sure your hfs size is equal or greater than original hfs.
And always remember to delete uptodateinfo.dat

Next question is how to make NMServer.exe dont get "Error while reading 2 bytes EOF" .
I think this will fix Failed login somehow.

To avoid login problem set 1on ngm on featurematrix and auto login to 1 on client database. Vindictus world database is just a simple 165 version with different endpoint.

Wow Malina town is nice haha I was battling with the Anaconda bosses. Yes. You can do that and get rid of the annoying log in failed error or relog back to main screen. Mine EU 1.65 heroes.db3 had the fixed and added hagie(Sylas) createable too.

I couldn't get Vindictusworld heroes.db3 working on EU 1.65 it still prompted that sql\heroes.db3 error, but their heroes.db3 is almost same size as EU 1.65. Anyone has 1.69 EU client? Can you test it?

Looks like it, from what I gathered from their Shoutbox. Some of the players experienced client can't type in username ID and password. This happened to EU 1.65 client too. For EU 1.69 and 1.70 it works just fine. @aiolosmk, can you explain why I couldn't use Vindictusworld heroes.db3 with EU 1.65 client?

Man, i still have Transaction Failed when complete purchase in beauty shop.
I transfer CustomizeItemInfo and CustomizePrice from heroes.db3 (client) to heroesContent.db3 (server) but still error - Transaction failed.
This is what in the cash shop service log :

hmm no wonder I was getting SQL\heroes.db3 error. Becaused I was transferred everything haha. If I picked only the ones patchouli's modified then should work fine.

Yeah, i read that thread already
But still get error here and there.
Need to convert database to hfs, restart server each changes, client loads so slow here.

you basically want to play vindictus world server with 165 client? well just transfer data from vindictus world clientdb3 to your 165 db3 and heroes content with navicat and try

I can't do the proper data transfer that why it gave a SQL\heroes.db3 error. The new heroes.db3 is only 75kb haha. Can someone gives a mini guide on a proper data transfer ?

Okay, i found out the cash shop myth by looking at Vindictus World heroes.db3
In FeatureMatrix table, u need to set to NULL the following features in both client and server database:
CashShop
ingame_cashshop
BeautyShopNoCashMode
BeautyShopItemOnlyCashPurchase

Holy crap. It launched without an error. So my transferred was all wrong. Lets me test with patchouli's heroescontents.db3.

Hmm but if GM adjust something on their server-side I won't be able to see the changes. I hope Drake upload that costume launcher soon.
@aiolosmk, can I ask did you added their IP inside this heroes.db3? Causes on my nmconew.ini and hosts files didn't have their Vindictusworld.com as IP but still connected to theirs.

Which tables on heroes.db3 do I need to change if I want to connect to my LAN server with their heroes.db3?

Failed to read compress buffer = your HFS needs to be bigger than the original.

To edit engine.dll just get a hex editor, open it up and search for sqlite/heroes.db3, change it to something else.
Read that thread for more details.

Navicat can't see *.db3 by default you need to select it yourself manually.

If you can't type in user/pass you just alt tab and come back, and it works.

If you want to connect to your own server you just need to change the endpoint.txt location and nmconew.ini.

The endpoint.txt and nmconew.ini is using my LAN IP. Which should connecting to my server but when I replaced aiolosmk's heroes.db3 it just connected to Vindictusworld... this is just surprised me here now.

I'm testing it now. Not work still need NX cash. I'm assume patchouli's heroescontents.db3 already had beauty shop free.
