The item mismatch happens because this SERVER is supposed to used the KR Client not the TW!!! The IOPQ guys and the guys that made that private Server used the TW because they didn't have the Translation...
That item mismatch is specifically related to him. I have been play testing for the last few days and haven't once had that issue.

Also the server side uses zh-tw-x-gm for setting up features.. so it must be using tw server information.
The client we use did not match the server.
there is no data of character Hagie in server'DB.
