485114 means? On the official TW site I can only download 2015112501 to 2015122301 patcher. Or do I need to let our current MHTW client automatically update to 2015112501_485114? Sorry for a little confusion here.

dang, I can't access that pages from my PC using IE or FireFox browser. it just won't connect. anyone has this problems? it access fine using my tablet with Chrome.

You probably have your server online and it's redirecting your attempt to visit the website to localhost. Since you have nothing there it says not found

Your host file blocks the website, take the Vindi entries off until you're done downloading :)

ok, first update client to 2015112501_485114, next bakup bin folder and UpToDateInfo2.dat.
second update to 2016012201_401717, Replace bin and UpToDateInfo2.dat version on 2015112501.
next, extract heroes.db3.comp from 286FE9924483F382029EF68BA6C260B3C2563BF9.hfs
now you need to update the heroesContents.db3, open navicat and go data transfer

with that updates work the invitation friend and pvp arena?
pvp arena comes from the client data.. extract the updates to the server side will fix the pvp arena.
Friend invite is due to code :c
EDIT:
to be able to unpack and repack .hfs you have to fix
XorTruths.bin and ChecksumTruths.bin as both the xor table and checksum table are different
(2015 client we use)
Every nexon update they add a version + to the checksum that is why the tool never works after each update.

ok so let me check if i got this:
1. download client 2016020301, i assume it's the orange button as the blue one gives a .zip with different version.
2.replace that version files with our current MHTW files
3.update it up to 401717 (after making a backup of bin and .dat)
4.edit the host file
5.run the server, nm service, webserver and heroesop tool services
6.launch client(?)

I believe 2016020301 is past the UI update, and doesn't work with the currently released server files. Not entirely sure what you're asking, but if you're looking for elaboration on Gvygvxvx's instructions, then no, he never said anything about downloading a recent client. Just get the manual patches.
To put things simply, all you need to do is update the client to 2015112501, then swap out your heroesContents.db3 with the one he provided, and put the XMLs in the XML folder. After that, Sylas should work.
