ah, how about UpToDateInfo2.dat ? I tried to change file size of .dll files but I'm getting "resintall" error

That's because SQLite Error.
The heroes.db3 has changed a lot after Delia patched.
rename or move to another location _usa_splash.bmp, _deu_splash.bmp in media folder
Maybe someone can disable checking file size and crc

Vella revamped on the EU 1.65 client? Looks nice. I haven't much into this MMORPG back in the day. It looks like they have added bunch of contents.successfully launched eu client with modified heroes.db3.comp(other clients have not tested)

Simply renaming uptodateinfo allows you to use repacked HFS??
Edit: It works on the EU and latest US client. It doesn't work on the 2015 TW client (filesystem error).
Edit2: To fix the splash image stuck on the screen, go to the media folder and rename/remove the "splash" BMP.

Yep tested with KR/TW/CN/TH/JP latest clients, I was able to make charr but black screen at loading to town.

Managed to start the latest EU client using the first bin in that zip. However I can't launch a boat, the list of boats is missing when i try to choose a mission. Any ideas?
It's under the settings window because of the GUI changes.
As in, the boat settings window is overlapping the boat select window.
Assuming I understood Gvy correctly, you need to edit the client database to use the old GUI instead.
I haven't done it myself yet, been busy doing other stuff.
Hmmm I guess that would be "AdvancedUI" in the FeatureMatrix? I've set it to NULL for every server and added a dummy.txt file to the hfs so it has the same size as before but I still get CRC check fail :/

AdvancedUI to null
ChatRenewal to null (if you are having problems with it)
rename UpToDateInfo.dat or or move to a different folder
