Item stats need to be added in EquipItemInfo. Use HeroesDB and add the stats. Lugh stuff is mostly in the game already, you just need to "complete" the databases.
I made new items and clothes, but couldn't get new weapons to work properly (I can't seem to get the game to read the files where you define new weapon models). You could theoretically add new enemies. No idea if our current client allows editing all the needed files, though.
So... if I remove the HFS with scripts/actionState it just crashes, even if I have a scripts folder with all the actionstate scripts in it. If I try to redirect a single actionstate script to a different folder, it crashes when it loads that character, even though it should be able to read it. Even if I haven't modified the file. If I refer to a different folder, I change the references in the new folder to match the new folder. Still crashes. Either there's some kind of extra protection, or maybe there are multiple references elsewhere that are causing it to implode.
I'm confused because editing enhance_effect and even item data works. But weapon, actionscript... no go.

Updates on what I've been working on(not lugh, not delia, maybe more interesting, maybe not):
1) (Bad news) I've tried Patchouli's enhance_effect.txt method to change weapon glows to black green etc to make a jedi lightsaber. I've seen a post with picture on hongfire that's why I was confident it would work. Failed miserably using both data+gsl method and patchouli's clientdllmod+bin->crc&bin. However as Patchouli mentioned, the clinetdllmod did result in +15 without any glow. So partial success. Yet I'd like to ask if Patchouli succeeded in making jedi lightsaber.
2) (Bad news) Morrighan mod. With files from hongfire battlejesus trans mod, I tried to mod by using data+gsl method. It's supposed to change your darkknight 1st trans to morrighan, and is supposed to not work on town. I changed darkknight_inner to random inner and client gives sys_error_exception and crashed. I removed that and just tried with darkknight trans and I became invisible for 5 sec and game crashed. One positive(?) note tho, I succeeded in bringing morrighan wings to town and was able to dye it, however character acted weirdly and morrighan wings were not on back but on armpit and even if it was on back it is not attached likeelchulus wings but has some space between the back and wings. Also wings dont really move so when in combat it's a bit weird and player acts weird - so I'll just say it's failure for me.
3) (Good news) In some earlier post someone said darkknight/paladin skill is obtainable only through completing questline. That is not true. I tried to complete questline but there was no Nyle npc so I couldn't continue and wanted to give up. But I realized in MSSQL-heroes-dbo.Vocation, there were three rows. 0 is paladin and 1 is dark knight. You should have the rows since we all used the same bak files for dbo. If you're more advanced than me just make a row and add stuff.
When you log into client you will be, for example, dark knight lvl 40 with 40 skill points, but cannot equip dark knight logo onto skill as it says "Invalid blah blah". Spawn from OPtool "coupon_cash_vocation" which is the path change ticket and change your path to paladin or paladin and back to dark knight and now you can equip skills, reassign skillpoints, and trans in battle.

1) Never tried to make a light saber. If I had to make one, for the saber glow, I'd probably look for something similar to what's called "emission maps" in Unreal Engine. I don't recall if Vindictus has that kind of effect, but you can define weapon trail effects, in the weapon_*.txt (if I remember right). Problem is, I can't seem to get the game to read those right now.
The glow effect for enhanced weapons is different from an emission material/texture map. When you decompile a weapon you'll see it has a separate glow mesh which defines which part of the model will be glowing. The qc file defines that glow mesh. I haven't tried fiddling with it yet, but I guess it'd be something like making the saber part for only the glow mesh, and then defining that glow in the enhance_effect, but you'd need to have the weapon enhanced to get the glow. Also, I think I saw enhance glows types are also defined in the database, so perhaps you can't use new glows until you define them in the database. There's also the possibility the game just won't use new additions to scripts in general, because they may be listed somewhere else that I'm not aware of yet.
2) Vindictus is kind of finicky with skeleton setups. I've had strange issues when trying to add new bones, etc. Transformations seem less finicky, but for example, if you use one of the winged transform mods for female dark knight transform 2, the game will crash, and I haven't figured out why, yet. It doesn't crash if you replace any of the paladin transform models. I'm pretty sure it's because the dark knight second transformation has that complex ponytail animation, and the winged/succubus mods don't have those bones, so the game crashes looking for them. Haven't tried fixing that, though.
I actually spent a whole day trying to convert the wings to an equippable wings, but it kept crashing. After lots of testing, as far as I can tell, it doesn't like when a certain part of the wings is weighted to a specific bone. It doesn't crash if I reweight the wings to other bones, and it doesn't seem to crash if I reweight other wings to the new bones. Sometimes skeletons will crash if you have the wrong bone names, but that didn't seem to be the problem this time. I left the wings static for now (not weighted properly) using the Elculous wings skeleton.
3) Last I tested, you can't unlock the transform questline until you clear the first few starter quests. up until around Wind Through the Ruins, I think. I didn't know there was a coupon for changing vocation. I guess it fills in the missing database stuff for you.

I think I figured out why Lynn can't detonate on the latest US client.
They added a new type of wound called lynn_attack_wound_all_deep.
It's in the US bin but not the older bins. Trying to figure out a way to work around it.
Also tested the EU 1.65 version and it's using old Vella with the crappy Blade Heart.

Can you please share your files associated with the morrighan wings(vtf, mdl etc) and explain what I need to do for "skeleton bone change and tunic to rear slot change"?
I just don't enjoy the crashing spree anymore X^X. Much appreciation.
My wing files are from unpacked hfs because the files I got from hongfire didn't have mdl. So my wings model look a bit different than yours. I also couldn't find only the wings without morrighan trans.

I'll post the wings after I figure out how to fix the bones. It may take a while, I am also sick of stupid crashing.
Since GSL doesn't inject its dll in Windows 10, I'm using Launcher_Normal.exe made by somebody in earlier post.
However this exe disregards my config.material.txt in my bin folder and doesn't load game in full screen mode but on custom 1920x1080 fullscreen mode, which really bothers me because it changes the lighting and causes slight more lag. Also I can't alt tab during loading screens(like when I first turn on game, etc) and make me stare at a black screen for a minute, which doing everytime is annoying. Hex edit that changes dll size disfunctions this exe. Anyone know what(and if I can) I need to do to make it only full screen mode?
Also has anyone tested with latest Eu/Na client that updated yesterday?
Can someone confirm if Einrach dungeons and/or the new screenshot mode works?
