Restart the OP tool. Sometimes it doesn't update properly.

New characters and features are built into the Bin files so I am pretty sure stuff like Screenshot mode won't work.

EU 1.70 database makes the gameplay screwed up. I'm regreted to updated mine 1.69 to latest. Hopefully 1.71 works haha
