Services Stuck on Booting Fix.(maybe)

Make sure sql server services in SQL Server 2014 Configuration Manager is running.
To get the heroes op tool working, u need to edit MabinogiHeroes\server\zh-tw-x-gm\Bin\ServiceCore.dll.config by notepad/notepad++.
Check if :
Data Source is 127.0.0.1,1433
User Id is sa
Password is your sql password.

And in MabinogiHeroes\server\RCServer\RCSConfig.xml
The client name must be your computer name in upper case.

And u need to install RCClientService RCServerService.exe as services.

that is what works for some, but for some you need to select all services and press Exit(f8) while they are stuck on booting then select them all and start them normally. if this worked for you like it did for me ,gz
