i changed from wamp to xampp and apache and mysql starts :D , but i'm still getting this error stucks on booting in heroes tool can u help me on it?

Make sure you have enough RAM(memory) too. Check RCserver and RCclient running or not. Then try to give your system a restart.

You can use Gvy's databases or kannaka, they all have fixed. This tutorial server files contained old stuff.

Hello, can i get some help please, I tried to install RCService but encountered an error. I did previous steps correctly which is putting my pc name in all caps in rcsconfig.xml & edited the password in servicecore.

Check your IPs and try firewall off if you are running LAN or public IPs.
