Re: [Tutorial] Mabinogi Heroes Setup
Hey guys,
Thanks for all the work you guys did, was rather easy to setup and worked first try.
I am, however, facing a couple issues here, and I wonder if anybody could lend me a hand.
1) The client crashes most of the time with this: http://puu.sh/pToMv/32dad0bbbc.png
2) The client seems to be completely in Chinese, is there any english translation patch available for it as of now? (tried searching this and the release post, but only found a heroes_text_taiwan.txt file that I can't find a match in neither client or server folders)
Thanks again for all the work.

no your hostname should not be heroes unless you setup a new windows recently with the sole purpose of dedicating it to hosting this game or you recently changed the computer name.
Attachment 157389
You can get your Hostname aka Computer name by following the steps in the image above,
Right-Click My PC -> Select Properties and get computer name.
Also it might be possible that your RCServer/RCClient may not be running. make sure you use the Net Start commands and check through Task Manager under services you should see RCServer/RCClient and status should be running.
