Yes.
I'm already editing the " \ server \ zh-tw-x-gm \ Bin \ ServiceCore.dll.config " .

Place has set the same as the password for the sa user of SQL Server in the " password = " .

It should be noted that the SQL Server (127.0.0.1,1433) to connect with SQL Server authentication in the sa user , various heroes database is already restored .

Hey I got everything set up, everything working asfar as I know.. but one issue I cant seem to get a working client, does it have to be a CN client, cause none of em' will install on my computer if someone can fill me in, thanks.

You need to use the client that provided by this tutorial. Funny, you just grabbed the server files and setup but didn't downloaded the client. The client can extract without any installer.exe

Hey guys I followed the tutorial to a T, however I'm still having troubles logging into the game, I can start the game up fine, but It will always give me an error when signing in. Also, should the NMServer.exe be logging things or should it just say PServer=True Listening on [::]:47611

That's normal from NMserver.exe. did you edited you start.bat files with this vindictus.exe -stage -dev -lang zh-tw-x-gm -noupdate
It'll get rid of the log in errors.
