It's been one and a half days now, re-read the whole thread couple times, still stuck with 2 services running and rest booting, checked the 'Common Errors' Thread aswell, did the things listed there, reinstalled SQL since, configs double- and triplechecked, still not working.
Basically I'm at the same point as shiihong007 on page 3.
Help via PM / Skype would be greatly appreciated.
I'm having an issue with this client/server combo
Most of the clothing pieces that suffered a gender unlock are now invisible ingame. Example, Everlasting (ep10_lower, ep10_fiona_lower), Black pearl (s2_pirate_femele_hand, etc, and yes, it's typoed in the database itself, it's femele not female), tried on Vella and Fiona and they are invisible (but somehow, the Black Pearl was visible on Vella, but only inside the Dye Shop, which seems buggy, to say the least)
Also, Regina gear crafted in the NPC (Diannan or whatever) from a female character (I tried out with Vella) returns a Regina gear, that is gender unlocked, however, in the server files, it is not, so when I tried to equip it, it didn't allow me to. After looking at the SQL database, the npc craft was a Male Regina, which, after the gender unlock, is basically a regular Regina piece that can be wearable by everyone. So, I went into the heroesContents.db3 and made it gender unlocked (which it wasnt but it should, since it got patched by the devs themselves to be unlocked since the Sylas patch), which allowed me to wear on my Vella, but again, it was invisible, I'd only see the inner armor.
I guess this needs some tweaking, most likely, in the server side, maybe in the client side as well. Any of you guys found this issues? Maybe some of you guys using other clients or modified heroesContents didn't face this issue and wanna share you results and tables?

Can someone upload the TW server files to a different host? MEGA now has bandwidth limit :/ been days trying just to download it, the time counter is broken and it just automatically restarts without downloading a thing
You can try to download the EU 1.65 client and updates it to latest or use the US latest client. Gvy and patchouli are working hard to fix things :-)
the problem is i don't have the exe files, bin, bat etc..

oh ok, I think you can re-download the whole server and extract again.
ok i found a problem xD the bin and uptodateinfo2.dat are needed, anybody has a link to the 9th part, mega has some errors processing it and it won't downlaod
