ok one last thing, the RCCconfig.xml has the ip and port, should the port be changed to 1433 and instead of localhost 127.0.0.1?
already replaced every "hostname" for my pc name, every password to my sql password etc, even check the MabinogiHeroes\server\zh-tw-x-gm\Bin\ServiceCore.dll.config file, all good still nothing in the tool, god dammit
My is localhost then port is 10001

ok got it working now, finally :D how let's try that EU client shall we :)
edit- Well this is getting ridiculous, all i did was put the dat files, exe, ini and the the new bin from Gvygvxvx , god dammit xD i'll try using the NA client just to test it out

nope, can't even get it to work xD stupid client throws that error, with the files you uploaded it straight out crashes... should i reinstall? i'm using v1.65
Hmm that's strange. I can fired up fine with those files with the latest EU client. Use the new bin from patchouli's 1.65 EU setup guide. If you are using a modified heroes.db3.comp, remember to get rid of UptoDateInfo, _deu_splash and _usa_splash from media folder
I think that error means u didn't replace Vindictus.exe from the MHTW client or you not launching using vindictus.exe -stage -dev -lang en-eu-x-gm -noupdate on your start.bat
I'm using nultar's modified heroes.db3.comp on my latest EU client too. It gets rid of failed to log in error without re-log in from main screen twices

i'm using 1.65 client from patchouli's post, and also the files you uploaded from the TW client, i'll check about the uptodateinfo and the splashes, i did not delete those i think, anyway i'll wait for the cliento to reinstall as i already started it xD

Those 3 files are for modified heroes.db3.comp. if you don't move them or delete it they will give you sql\heroes.db3 error and hang you at the logo screen.
You can just make some simple backup from eu 1.65 client such as Vindictus.exe,UptoDateInfo and 2,bin, then heroes.db3.comp files from hfs.

just as a side thing, do you know how to apply shaders like sweetfx? i have it installed in the official client but can't get it to work win 1.65, the game just crashes after the "loading" screen after launch
