Account and some login problem

I want ask help with some thing:
1. How i can create account and login to game?
2. All serverfiles running fine, without PVPService, how i can solve this?
3.Playerservice show some error, this is normal, or need repair?

The accounts are create automatically from the client when you enter first time.
It needs re-configs or some features will not work in-game.
