Add +16/+20 weapon glow | lvl 90 jump potion | raise lvl max

Hi
i have a few question

I would like to increase the max enhancement of weapon to +20, and i would like to add the corresponding weapon glow for these enhancement. Would anyone happen to know how to do it ?

Also i'd like to create a potion that make my character go to any lvl instantly (skipping story till season2 would be nice too). I tried to use the one already available (the lvl75 one) but nothing happens, how to do it ?

Also i'd like to raise the lvl max from 90 to 100 how can i do this ?
