Adjusting enhance and enchant success ratio?

In an older thread, a user asked how to increase the ratio for enhancing items where another user replied with going into the FeatureMatrix table of the heroesContents db and adjusting the values for EnhanceSuccess, EnhanceSuccess_Limit and EnchantSuccess. I changed them from 0 to 100 and restarted the services in the heroes operating tool but my items still get knocked down to 1 whenever I reach +5 and try going for +6.

Isn't there a dfinitive way to make enchanting fail-safe?

Did you make sure you set it on the same gamecode as your server, and maybe also in the client?
Otherwise I don't know. There's probably an event that increases the chance.
I recall seeing GM/Dev versions had different values for enhancing stuff.

    Check EnchantInfo table man.
I remember there was a Rate column in the table started with "Enchant" like EnchantInfo, EnchantItem or so, i forgot it.

EnhanceInfo seems to be what I'm looking for but before touching it, I rather make sure...

The table contains a column with weapons named like staff_lvl1, one column containing EnhanceLevel with numbers from 1 to 15 for most item types, the materials required for enhancing and their amounts, the cost and here's the interesting stuff: Two of them are named SuccessRatio and RankDown, going from 1.0 to .33.

Is this the correct table? And if so, would this be the correct query to run for setting every success ratio to 100%?
    update EnhanceInfo set SuccessRatio=1.0

    Test yourself haha,
I did not enchant manually but push item via the tool
Example: this is regina staff with enchant 15 , immoral/spirited fixes , 5 star
    staff_regina[ENHANCE:15][PREFIX:injustice][SUFFIX:convict][QUALITY:5]

Everything normal is changing, is not necessary to modify game code.
What you need to edit is shown on video

WAMVN, you push Regina staff with herotools and use GM tool to add those prefix, suffixes and quality to 5? Hmm I've edited a weapon to +15 then +24 it didn't seems to add any stats to it.

No, you push the entire line man. Heroes op tool just push stuffs, dont edit anything.

Oh I see... I will give it a try later. I need a good sets to beat succubus queen haha.

For other pieces of Regina, I use the same prefix and suffix as the staff here?

It says rank twin sword Mastery 5 or above to use it but on my skill, I can't find this mastery skill.

Oh nvm, I found, it listed it on All tab.

Haha no base stats on the items make me got whoops by succubus queen in 2 hits lol
