Cannot edit item name,desc in heroes_text

I modified the translation file in client\resource\localized_text, but HEROES_ITEM_NAME and
HEROES_ITEM_DESC don't change at all.


I thought the translation file was the wrong, but the NPC dialogue changed well.

Is there a file that changes the item name and description?
