Cannot play Raid Lugh and Eochaid only once

Hello
Playing EU 1.69 and want to update the server for the raids and Rohorran Prairie.
I got some problems with the raids Lugh and Eochaid. Can only play once and it wont reset.
It could also because its a story but i want both get to work as normale. Is there summthing on the server db? or clientside need to add and SQL Server.

I realy like to know how the structure those attribute connect eachother about the battleboard.

And for Rohorran i need Entity, EntityAttribute and Sectors.
Or how to create add new data into the db
