Cannot Revive Goddess Grace

I got this problem for a while, i cannot revive by using Goddess and from the storage chest.
Using Client 1.69 Delia bin.
Item it use is "cash_revive_solo_gift" i dont know why cannot consume.

Other problems with avatar shop is some avatar sets box cannot be opend after purchase.
