Change Default map of Colhen

In featurematrix on server and client db3 file ive found this. I would like to change the default map of Colhen without modify the hfs file. Like in the real server.


But it doesnt load the map it got stuck afther the you selected a character and goto town, loading bar wont show up and stuck in a blackscreen because No such map 't01_halloween.

Log file showed below:

It would be fun to change that without those modifications, by just change those attributes.
