Channel too crowded, stuck in "new ch" and can't create boat

already I tried everything .

I changed the router.
DMZ
port triger
I changed the ports in Core, stuck on New Channel for my friends

I did notice that when I tried to use Tunngle, I was no longer able to join my own server's channel.
If I disabled the Tunngle network adapter and restarted the server, i was able to.

So SanGawku is probably right, I need to set up a tunnel somehow.
I'm guessing Putty can do it? It's difficult to find a guide on exactly what to do, though.

Edit: Thought I fixed the problem, but it was just my laptop WiFi automatically turning itself on.
I tried using Windows VPN with PPTP and thought it was working, but it's not.

Edit: Dammit. This time my phone net was set to WiFi.
Edit2: It worked anyway. This actually works.
Edit3: Confirmed that it works with a friend in another country, just kind of laggy.

Okay, this time I got it. Made a stupid mistake last time.
I realized I wasn't connecting through the Windows VPN, I was still using the WAN IP.
