Crafting Orange Weapon/Armor issue

Im using pre-delia server files and when i try to craft any orange item from Dianann, it fails with message: Stat information not available.

I dont know if you can directly spawn the orange weapon/amor. Please advise.

did you use en-eu-x-gm mode?
check their feature which is banned or not in server and client's DB

Yes in my client i have put argument -stage -dev -lang en-eu-x-gm -noupdate -threads 4 if that is what you mean.

I checked EquipItemInfo, i see a lot of NULL and some places other country codes and also enUS. Must I change all under Feature to enUS in both heroesContents.db3 (Server) and heroes.db3 (Client) ?

Also can we directly spawn level 90 orange gear without crafting it ? Is there Item ID for it ?

My guess is that the db is outdated, so there is no orange item stat there
