done setting up my own server, how do I modify exp, drops, etc, now?

Where do I actually start modifying these?

I wanna do the following:
high exp rate or instant max level
100% drop on everything
100% enchant and enhance rate
Free everything from npc to beauty shop and everything.

Basically, I wanna setup a server that is pure boss hunt for me and my friends.
This is my first time setting up my own server so I am still having hard time.
