Help, can't open Vindictus

When I open the start.bat file normally it says "failed to read the sync file. The game must be re-installed" and when I open it as administrator it says "windows cannot find 'vindictus.exe' ... ".

I'm new to this, can someone help me play this game offline? Some step by step instructions would be perfect...

Yep.
For those you got this problem just make sure you only delete the UpToDateInfo.dat and keept the UpToDateInfo2.dat :)
