I want to add arisha's new skill "Mana Switch (Use 250 SP to immediately gain 100 MP, the 1 second skill motion counts as a block and has a 25 second cooldown)" to EU1.69 and modify some skills of EU1.69 to be current specifications.
How can I solve this?
