Lynn not applying swift assassin ?

Hi
I've noticed that sometimes againts bosses or mini bosses, my lynn can't apply any swift assassin at all.
No matter how much i use smashes/skills that are supposed to apply the effect, there's no swift assassin balls appearing.

Can someone help me please ?
