[Need Help] I dont know if i am settting up the wamp server correct

how would i setup the wamp server for Vindictus ?
what i did so far doesnt seem to work .

if you need me to screen share current setup of server

i am also getting the server delayed error when i try to login if that helps

ok so i read it and did what it said but i get this still when i go to localhost/endpoint.txt


Edit:: fixed by reinstalling the apache Module in wamp i figured something was up
