remember disconnect server's heroesContents.db3 before you run

try run the code in .bat and run HeroesOpTool again:
1.
taskkill /f /im RCClientService.exe
taskkill /f /im RCServerService.exe
taskkill /f /im dw20.exe
taskkill /f /im Executer.exe


2.when you disconnect heroesContents.db3 , run
NET START "Remote Control Client Service"
NET START "Remote Control Server Service"

3.sometimes you need to reinstall the service "InstallServices.bat", but remember run above 1. code first.
