Your lan computer must have host file edited with your server lan ip.

Also when I set webserver, I cannot connect by 127.0.0.1 only with 127.0.0.1:8080 how can I hide port in order to enter without?

It's probably ports problems. Your Xamp or Xamp start fine? No ports used? Then you should be able to see the server's list in the client.
You can try Hamachi if you can't configs for your router.

It starts working well, but as I am saying. It only pops up with port on like "127.0.0.1:8080" if I try without "8080" it won't work

"Live" is the official server. It means you haven't rerouted Vindictus to look at your own server.

80 is the default webserver port. If your webserver is using 8080 instead, something else must be using 80.
I'd imagine that either your internet provider blocks port 80, or your router is using 80.

If it's your router, you need to port forward your website to port 80.
In router settings, look under NAT, and then define port 80 in Port Mapping/Forwarding or Virtual Servers.
The router usually automatically changes its settings page to port 8080 if you define webserver at port 80.

I don't know if you can edit hosts to use a specific port. You can edit the database file to tell Vindictus where to look for endpoint.txt, but I don't know if that allows you to specify a port, either. Never tried it.
