Removing duplicate items in Cash Shop + Other CS questions

It appears I have duplicate hairstyles, inner armors, scars, tattoos, beards, costume sets etc. I'm assuming I'd have to toggle something in heroescontents.db3. I'm also wondering how to add/edit the costumes available for purchase from the cash shop-- is that possible? And also copying one hairstyle from one character to another

SOLVED:

I discovered I had duplicate "en-EU" entries in my CustomizeItemInfo table in heroes.db3. In changing one to say "zh-TW" it removes the duplicate.
