SQLite Error : unable to open database file (Help)

I am trying to setup 1.65 client server.
following this tutorial: http://forum.ragezone.com/f945/tutor...-65-a-1111036/

Only downloaded TW client.
Server: Replaced heroesContent.db3 with the new one.
Client: Copied all files from newBin to MHTW root.

However, when I run "start.bat", multiple "SQLite Error : unable to open database file".

did you put the heores.db3 in the bin folder?

@Trainer132 Put sql (with heroes.db3) folder in the MHTW root and ever open programs as admin
