2- get the desired rows of heroes.db3 and player_costume.txt
3- find the mdl and texture files
4- put the heroes.db3 new rows in heroescontents.db3

You need to decompress ALL hfs folder and then use winrar's search function to find the apropiate files. For example searching *angel* would bring all filenames containing angel. I see you are very lost, I advice it's not an easy task.
