TW to EU 1.65 Help

I tried for the life of me to find the 1.65 XE (EU) Version client on that site following the tutorial , I'm still using the MHTW files but I did follow the steps to the end of the tutorial , So I do have the Start US & Start EU bats in my MHTW folder ( I didn't touch anything in MSSQL ). I can still load up my TW client so if that's the case all I need is the 1.65 XE verson correct ? and does anyone know where I can grab it ? I tried for the heck of it to use the EU start bat & I only make it to the first load and crash . What I'm trying to accomplish is setting up a test server that has some extra's and working classes on it and isn't as limited as the TW setup , Any help would be appreciated & if I need to elaborate on anything let me know .
