v1.69 EU, PlayerService won't boot anymore?

SOLVED: I reverted to an older heroesContents.db3, something happened to my current one I'm honestly not sure.

I'm running a localhost server using the v1.69 EU client, and I had everything working. I then tried to update my PlayerService.dll to this one, the Hagie fix dll. After updating the dll, the PlayerService.dll would not boot. I tried changing it back to the original PlayerService.dll that I was using which used to work, and it also did not work. In both instances, PlayerService.dll gets to the "booting" step and just hangs there. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
