Verification process error

Can't buy items from NPCs, discard items from inventory, etc. Only happens on the one account I've been using to play the most. I restarted everything with internet offline to no effect. Does anyone know what could cause this or how to fix it?

Edit: I was able to resolve this by deleting a line (the only line) from dbo.UserPunish. Not sure what could have caused this. I think you can prevent it by blanking captcha-related entries in FeatureMatrix.

did you ban yourself from your own server? >.< out of jokes there is a "feature" in the asian mabinogi that will prevent you from starting boat, selling stuff etc for 10 min or so when you log from diferent ip maybe thats what hapend to you. i didnt have any problem like this.

Nope, wasn't the 10 minutes thing and I certainly didn't mess around with any bans. It has to do with the captcha entries in heroesContents.db3 as the line in dbo.UserPunish listed captchas as the reason. Though I certainly never saw any captchas ingame so I dunno what that stuff is about.
