What is the most recent version of Vindictus we can run?

I know there is a Taiwan version and a EU 1.65, but after looking through the site I saw that some people were running EU 1.69. There is an EU 1.70, but that seems to be buggy. Where can I find the files for EU 1.69 or the Taiwan files with Delia (If any)?

Unless someone willings to upload EU 1.69. There is no way to obtain it by updates 1.65 EU.
EU 1.70 has some incompatible with our server files. Today, I use GM tools and max out my lvl. Try to enter the Icy dragon Raids but it doesn't have a boat. But on EU 1.65 worked perfectly. I got owned by the dragon haha.

You can use US latest client. Even though I haven't got.

You can use most of the latest clients (other than Korea) but you'll need an old bin folder, which doesn't have Delia. Some of the newer clients have partial character revamps, but break some other characters (Kai).
