I'm sharing my files uncompressed v1.18.201 hellfire (reflax), but I need help for setup.
Files needed:
synchronized resource folder
working configuration .cfg
Client or irisclient.exe and GMtool
Can anyone help me to revive this?

OMGthis was just an example.
Let's start:
Iris launcher and patcher are made with AutoIt, so I think we can decompile (like Obfuscator) and modify whatever it takes. But have not you planned what to do.
Otherwise, you can use some other program (as dup2,Kana Launcher) and create a launcher.
I'm not worried about this because my server is not fully functional.
