Help please!

Guys I followed exactly the Instruction-Guide... but I have a problem...

I added the databases to sql and created user, executed the scripts sucessfully, created the ODBC drivers, but when I run
Installation00_DB.bat I get a message with TB_ITEM_DEFINE followed by some strange signs and!!!

Does anyone know how to solve this or can just tell what the problem is?

i have had the same problem, i redid server install like 10 times
and after that it worked.

i got no clue what is cousing it , but would love to know for myself
