Help setup irislauncher + irispatcher + patch maker

Hello, could you help me?

I did all the steps shown in this tutorial
[TUTORIAL] SETUP IRISLAUNCHER IRISPATCHER + + PATCH MAKER

more when I opened the IrisLauncher.exe I get this error ERROR UPDATE PATCHLIST DOWN.

Watch the video I made showing the steps I did and see if there's something wrong.

If anyone wants to know, i fixed it by putting the content of my "updates" folder from htdocs in "patch\client" not "patch\client\updates"

If you want to keep it like that, you have to hex it in irispatcher and launcher
