I'm wondering to ask if creating a Private Servers are illegal and the owner of it will go in jail. Also Private Severs will be removed anytime by ESTsoft?
How many money I spend for creating Cabal Online server? Note: My Cabal Online server that I want to create is for me only.
What kind of Internet Service Provider that I use to make a Cabal Online server without any issues? For Example: lags

A "online cabal private server" which only you can play?? So can I call it "offline cabal private server"?
Setup on your own PC (with VM) or in your LAN, that's all. It costs nothing.

This concern does get posted from time to time.
In over a year now i have not heard of any servers getting any legal pressure from EST. I think one or two of the very largest have have got something but they simply moved the hosting to somewhere like Russia where it isn't so easy to get things closed down. No small servers i know of have had anything at all and if you only play by yourself there isn't really any way EST can even know you have the files ;)
If EST do decide to start going after the smaller servers they will almost certainly start with me to stop me distributing the files and helping people set them up. If i vanish from here suddenly with no warning then be a little concerned but it hasn't happened yet ;)

If ESTsoft removed Private Servers,people dont play Cabal Online anymore... You know why? Because I think not of all countries have Official Server of Cabal Online. Also ESTsoft dont hire immediately a new Official Server of Cabal Online because people needs billions dollars... so ESTsoft hard to find. Official Servers a luck because ESTsoft give the latest version/files of Cabal Online to them immediately... But Private Servers cant receive latest version/files to ESTsoft...
I think ESTsoft maybe can removed Cabal Online Private Servers Most Updated I mean Cabal Online Private Servers have latest version/files

those server have a legal agreement with est soft

lol? Since when? First, they took the files from Korean CABAL, and then they took the files from PH CABAL. Do you really think ESTsoft is gonna come to any sort of "legal agreement" with them? ¬_¬

We tried to add gameguard but it didn't work. The gg library the server uses is too old for the current gg client files and any older client files are missing one critical file that is never on the client :/

I saw in one Cabal Online Private Server (not running server) if players using illegal program, (ex: cheat engine) the players Windows (computer?) will be gone/corrupted or what ever... its real?
