Is there a bike that can be used without doing a quest (without the summoning skill)?
If yes, what its id?

You can equip the card but you must have the skill to summon it.

ya I know, I asked if there is 1 that doesn't need the skill to be used.
and 1 more question, when I equip the astral bike and right click on it, it opens the bank. its ok?

yes, when u have bike u can access your storage anywhere
