About buff cooltimes!

Hello RZ!
I know it was already discussed... but there never was an answer... or just i missed something... anyway
So my problem is:
When i use internal.txt my client works normal...
But when i use language.enc all my Buff are bugged...
I mean when hero dies the buff doesnt resets cooltimes...
Its a Clean Centos+2.81 XMAS Install + Recomended Client+LostSpirit patch!
No changes in client, nor server side... i cant get what could cause the problem...
* 1 server is on dedicated host, 1 (other that i use for testing) on 1 PC of mine with high net connection and the client is not on the same PC... its on another PC
Everything works fine... but the buff cooltimes not :-|
Any ideas?

Its mean you just need to reedit all buff skill cooldown at cabal.enc and skill.scp . Hopes this can help you to solve your problems.

Yes i know about this method... before i used...
But is there any chance to get working the original cooltimes? i mean with language.enc?
because if i edit them after ill have immortal chars :-/ i mean fs with ss/aod, bl with flee... and so on...
So im searching a method to get original cooltimes working...
