Sir why the Chaos Box of Epaulet, Core, Ticket in our server is not working??? My players brought it in the ItemShop but when they're going to use it nothing happens? How to fix this? thanks!

I did not put ItemOpt in those items..well, they buy it but when they right-click the 3 Chaos Boxes nothing happens! why?
