About Drop Rate

Hi all,

i'm here to request an explain to understand the numbers of Rates into worldXX-terrain.scp [DropRate] section.

ie:

0 0 9 0 .10000000000000000 10 100 0 0 0 0
1 0 412 0 .00083333333333333 46 100 0 0 0 0

The numbers in red, i want to understand how to set numbers to 100%.. 50%..30% bla bla

this drop rate is also connected to drop rate from multiple.scp, i set 200 for 2x drop and set items to .5000000000000 like that and it gives 50/50 if im not mistaken if you put .0all its 100%
