    about port!!!!

Hi guyss i need same help about this....
I am i a dynamic user soon to buy static if need?!?
    here is my ips
    centos ip 192.168.254.9
    windows ip 192.168.254.3

my wan ip this site says that my wan ip is 203.177.74.138

but my router says this is my wan ip

so i forward this port like this
Local IP Address Protocol Local Port Comment _ Enable Remote Host Public Port Interface

    192.168.254.3 _ TCP+UDP ___ 80 _____ web__ Enable ____________ 80 ______ ---
    192.168.254.9 _ TCP+UDP _ 38121____ cabal _ Enable ___________ 38121 ___ ---
    192.168.254.9 _ TCP+UDP _ 38101____ cabal1_ Enable __________ 38101 ____ ---
and i ask here if that port is open HERE
in this wan ip 203.177.74.138 it always says that the port is closed
and if i use this wan ip 124.6.173.13 is says that all the port are open so what i did is use this port 124.6.173.13 am i right????

im am using chumpywump's guie so what i did is this bind the ip
the centos ip to this ip 124.6.173.13
port 1433 is not open so i use my windows ip in the second ip"SQL IP" 192.168.254.3

and i got only this error

203.177.74.138 sounds like a proxy server or something similar that your web browsing requests go through. You are correct to use 124.6.173.13 as proxies will usually block unusual ports and you don't want your players going via proxy anyway.

You do not need to forward port 80 as the server doesn't use it. The only part of the server that would is PSS but we switch that off anyway. Port 1433 does not need to be open and should not be for security reasons so you are right there and the IP you are using is also right.

The error you are getting means that one or more of the server processes are still running. If you stop them there is probably a cron job starting them up again a few seconds later as most servers have a cron job. Try deleting all of the logs and rebooting centos and see if the error comes back as it ptrobably won't. If it does check /etc/inid.d/ and make sure you don't have extra symbolic links in there.
